Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Professional. This role involves conducting planned and reactive commercial maintenance requests across multiple key clients based in Newcastle / Central Coast, NSW.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site, ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Lawn, Garden, and Property Maintenance will be a key aspect of this role, including cleaning entrances, playgrounds, balconies, common areas, and completing inspections and reporting.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain facilities.
  • Perform lawn mowing, gardening, and property maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Possess a White Card and valid Driving Licence.
  • Demonstrate experience in Property Maintenance.
