We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Supervisor to oversee the budgets for the Office of Family and Community Health Improvement, the Office of Healthy and Safe Communities, and the Office of Infectious Disease.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead the development and implementation of financial procedures that align with division goals, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership on budget development and performance management, guiding and developing financial staff.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide financial consultation, revenue forecasting, chart of accounts development, financial reporting, account maintenance and reconciliation.
- Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience performing financial functions in budget, accounting, or related field, including leading the financial aspects of an organization.
- Leadership Experience: Two (2) or more years of leadership experience in leading or supervising staff.
