Facilities Management Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they meet safety, compliance, and maintenance standards.
About the Job
This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating a safe and operational environment for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities services for properties, including safety inspections, maintenance schedules, and service quality monitoring.
- Coordinate operational tasks related to internal work and external FM suppliers.
- Collaborate with external FM service providers to ensure compliance with local regulations and authorities.
- Conduct internal reviews and participate in audits within the FM scope.
- Secure FM excellence by inspecting services, administering FM tools, and conducting spot checks.
- Provide insights to goal-setting, budgeting, and annual business planning.
- Assist in cost control through lean practices and encourage colleagues to discover more effective ways of working.
- Ensure compliance with local and international legislation, internal rules, and requirements regarding FM.
