About the Program
This innovative program aims to unlock capital for underserved populations, including women, minority, and indigenous-owned or impacting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Australia. - Banking and Financial Institution Engagement: Lead outreach to identify and onboard one or more banking partners to co-develop and co-implement the guarantee structure.
- Facilitate integration of the program's impact metrics and technical assistance into lending systems.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fundraising, capital advisory, stakeholder engagement, or investment strategy across impact investing, philanthropy, or blended finance.
- Proven success raising multi-million-dollar grant or catalytic capital commitments, with cumulative experience mobilizing at least AUD 25 million.
- Experience building strategic relationships with philanthropic foundations, family offices, corporates, government agencies, and/or financial institutions.
- Familiarity with gender-lens or climate-aligned finance, or impact-aligned capital vehicles.
Skills
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities, with executive presence and credibility at senior level.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to engage both philanthropic and investment-oriented audiences.
- Strategic thinker with an execution mindset; comfortable managing pipelines and funder negotiations independently.
Benefits
- Hands-on exposure to impact investing and sustainable finance.
- Opportunity to drive global change in gender equality and climate action.
- Fast-track professional growth with training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
- Work with leading institutions – from UN agencies to top financial institutions.
