- Partner cross-functionally with teams to align analytics with shared outcomes, focusing on data quality, governance, tracking, tagging, and measurement standards across digital platforms.
- Translate data into actionable insights using storytelling and visualization to influence decision-making at all levels.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower others, build strong relationships, and thrive in collaborative environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields such as Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or equivalent hands-on experience in digital analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Significant experience in digital or data analytics within complex or multi-brand environments, with a strong grasp of web and app behavior analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and familiarity with Python or R programming languages.
- A solid understanding of segmentation, funnel analysis, and A/B testing techniques.
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
