Overview

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team in Noosa. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something special from the ground up.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with us in menu planning, recipe development and ensuring consistent delivery and presentation of dishes in line with venue standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team in menu planning and recipe development
  • E nsure consistent delivery and presentation of dishes in line with venue standards
  • Maintain food health and safety requirements
  • Manage cost control
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Fluent English language skills
  • A minimum of 12-36 months experience in a similar role or completed relevant hospitality studies
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be highly regarded:

  • Formal hospitality studies
  • Food safety supervisor certificate
  • Experience with fresh pasta making
  • Prior pastry experience
