Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.
  • Lead a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality, efficient service, and smooth kitchen operations.
  • SUPPORT senior chefs by preparing all ingredients for service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation while upholding all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Contribute to mentoring and guiding junior chefs and kitchen team members as needed.
