Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Cibaria Noosa, a celebration of Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our team in menu planning, recipe development, and cook-offs.
  • Ensure consistent delivery and presentation of dishes in line with venue standards.
  • Conduct ongoing staff training and maintain food health & safety requirements.
  • Manage cost control and ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications:
  • Australian working rights.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Minimum 12-36 months experience in a similar role or completed relevant hospitality studies.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Passion for providing exceptional dining experiences.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Formal hospitality qualifications.
  • Food safety supervisor certification.
  • Expertise in fresh pasta making.
