About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mask Fit Specialist to join our team. As a Mask Fit Specialist, you will be responsible for infield testing and adequate fitting of P2/N95 masks for operational employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, support, and instruction to employees as to the first point of call on issues relating to fit, wearing, and use of P2/N95 respirators.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across regional and metro areas to effectively organize administration, logistics and scheduling of fit testing.
  • Assist with respirator risk assessments together with key health and safety stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Lead, Safety Programs to develop respirator options for staff when alternatives are required.

Requirements

  • Qualification in CNC QNFT (Ambient Aerosol Condensation Nuclei Counter Quantitative Fit Testing) (desirable).
  • Ability to work autonomously in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and policy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams.
  • A current Victorian Driver Licence.
