About the Role

This Senior Manager Dispute Resolution & Litigation position is a key leadership role within our organisation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead our Dispute Resolution & Litigation branch, responsible for originating motions, common law, statutory benefits, prosecutions, alternative dispute resolution, and associated administrative functions.

You will ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective legal services are delivered, while driving cultural and operational improvements.

Much of your impact will be made through collaboration outside the branch, acting as a strategic partner with internal stakeholders to enhance services, and with external stakeholders, including key legal bodies and panel firms, to drive performance in innovative ways.

You will also play a key role in leading transformation initiatives, including implementation of the optimised protocols that improve client outcomes and position us as a leader in social insurance legal services.

Requirements

This is a highly influential leadership role requiring strong strategic capability, systems thinking, and exceptional influencing skills. You will balance delivering outcomes today with shaping the future direction of dispute resolution and litigation at our organisation.
