Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to perform non-destructive testing, inspect aircraft maintenance and alterations, and provide technical support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the work scope, performing inspections and examinations in accordance with industry standards, and ensuring all documents and records meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain expertise in non-destructive testing methods, including ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, and penetrant testing
  • Inspect aircraft maintenance and alterations for quality and airworthiness
  • Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, and provide technical support to customers
  • Verify technical data approved by regulatory authorities for inspection and approval for return to service
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of NDT technical courses or documented military experience in non-destructive testing methods
  • FAA A&P Certificate or FAA Repairman Certificate under FAR Part 65
  • At least three (3) years' experience in NDT inspections and evaluations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
