Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to lead our team in ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.

The QA Specialist will be responsible for strategizing, planning, managing, and reporting on QA activities for various projects. This includes identifying end-to-end and test scenarios, creating test strategies, architectures, frameworks, and reusable components, and leading a team of test analysts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment and financial markets domain, excellent leadership skills, and experience in test lead/management with minimal supervision. They will also possess logical and analytical skills, being able to deal with complex and abstract concepts and problem-solving.

In addition to their technical expertise, the QA Specialist must have great written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to interact and communicate efficiently with stakeholders at different levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing
  • Excellent experience in leading a team of 3-4 test analysts
  • A high level of proficiency in investment and financial markets domain - mandatory
  • Proven experience in test lead/management with minimal supervision
  • Highly skilled in Quality Assurance strategy, processes, delivery, management, and reporting both in principle and in practice
