Salary Package

We are offering an attractive salary package for this role, including a competitive base salary, plus superannuation and access to our wellness programs. The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee Civil Construction projects in the Ipswich to Lockyer Valley Corridor. As a Site Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing project planning, programming tasks, and ensuring project compliance.
  • Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
  • Managing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment.
  • Coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and addressing and resolving any performance issues.

You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded.
  • Strong skills in managing client relationships.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
  • Exceptional people management abilities.
