Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

We seek an experienced Site Manager to join our QLD team. The successful candidate will direct and manage staff, sub-contractors, and consultants on our construction sites, ensuring adherence to program requirements while controlling costs and complying with Quality Assurance, WHS, and Industrial Relations legislation and Enterprise Agreements.

To succeed, you will need extensive experience in a similar role within the building industry, coupled with demonstrated leadership skills and people management experience. Your technical competency should include a detailed understanding of building and construction trades, as well as specialist skills in structure, finishes, façade, civil/inground construction, and services.
