Store Leadership Role

This is an exciting leadership opportunity where you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Store Manager, you will be accountable for monitoring and managing multiple levels of performance including sales, profitability, inventory and labour. You will need to have strong commercial acumen and be able to make sound decisions that align with the company's goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing store teams to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction targets
  • Monitoring and managing sales, profitability, inventory and labour to meet business objectives
  • Coaching and developing team members through regular feedback and structured development
  • Upholding brand standards and ensuring a positive in-store customer experience
