Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our store as an exemplary leader.

This exceptional leader will have at least 2 years' experience of managing multi-site or big box stores, with a deep understanding of store operations and a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.

We are looking for someone who is commercially savvy, with strong analytical skills to monitor and manage multiple levels of performance including sales, profitability, inventory, and labour.

The ideal candidate should be confident and composed under pressure, persevering in the face of inevitable setbacks. They must also be able to stay focused on what they can control, while planning and setting achievable goals helps their team stay on course.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage store performance to ensure profitable sales growth and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage sales, profitability, inventory, and labour to achieve targets.
• Develop and coach team members through regular feedback and structured development.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a positive in-store customer experience.
• Collaborate with leadership planning forums to drive store success.
