Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive a customer-centric culture and create a meaningful store experience by leading by example.
  • Develop your team to harmonize with the business, hitting the right notes in financial sales, profit, and productivity.
  • Transform the store into a haven that captures attention and creates an atmosphere so delightful, shopping becomes an absolute joy.
  • Oversee store rostering and wage expenses, maintaining a sharp emphasis on commercial acumen.
  • Manage stock (up to 20kg) in a fast-paced environment ensuring everything's in place for our customers' shopping spree.
  • Track store sales performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement - communicate findings to peers and senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals to join our organization.
