About You: You may already have experience in the motorcycling industry, or perhaps not. The key to success lies in having the confidence and management skills to excel from day one. As a proactive and driven individual, you'll lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence.
Responsibilities:

  • Retail management experience

  • Able to lead teams effectively
  • Effective communication and motivational techniques
  • Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and stock targets
  • Understanding of rostering and training new staff
