Hearing Health Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly professional to join our retail hearing health team. As an expert in hearing care, you will be responsible for interacting with the community, promoting hearing health awareness, and driving leads for our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front, fostering relationships with clients to spark interest in hearing health and drive engagement for our clinic.
- Set up clients for their free five-minute hearing check and explain their results in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist the Store Manager with scheduling full hearing assessments based on client results.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident and empathetic when discussing hearing health, and motivated to make a positive impact one conversation at a time.
