About the Role

  • Solve escalated customer concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage end-to-end travel bookings tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.

About You:

  • You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in travel consulting in both a consultant and leadership capacity is essential.
  • A strong desire to motivate, inspire and lead a team is necessary.
  • A proven track record of sales achievement in the travel industry is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel IT systems is crucial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a reputation for making things happen are essential.
