We are currently seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer SCADA to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality designs for high voltage substations and associated power system equipment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented engineer to provide specialist input into multi-disciplinary project teams and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage work undertaken, providing technical direction and guidance as required
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of trends in engineering design, project management and contract administration
  • Monitor project efficiency and implement actions to ensure targets are met
  • Ensure cost-effective solutions are achieved through effective technical input and review
  • Deliver high-quality engineering tasks with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to company standards of operation
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in high voltage substation design from concept to commissioning, including industry and client standards
  • Proven expertise in specifying and configuring SCADA systems in a substation environment
  • Ability to take accountability and responsibility for the delivery of design outcomes for projects
