Mid-Market Account Executive Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for Sumo Logic's mid-market segment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing sales culture and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target and manage a defined geographic territory
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, to fill Sumo Logic's pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal resources to provide a seamless experience for prospective customers
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience selling B2B applications, with a strong track record of quota over-achievement
  • Proven ability to sell to technical audiences, including IT operations, Security, and DevOps teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Strong network within the Big Data ecosystem, with a preference for experience in cloud security and IT infrastructure management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com
