Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in genomics, bioinformatics, and computational biology, with a focus on identifying novel genetic markers for complex diseases.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in genomics, bioinformatics, and computational biology to identify novel genetic markers for complex diseases
- Develop and implement computational models to analyze large-scale genomic data
- Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to design and implement research studies
- Analyze and interpret genomic data to identify patterns and trends
- Develop and maintain databases and software tools to support research
- PhD in a relevant field (genomics, bioinformatics, computational biology, etc.)
- Strong background in genomics, bioinformatics, and computational biology
- Experience with programming languages (Python, R, etc.) and software tools (Bioconductor, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
