About The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive. This role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and expansion of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Strategically prospect into Chief Technology Officers, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users
  • Build strong and effective relationships with key decision-makers, resulting in growth opportunities and increased revenue
  • Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services and Customer Success team to achieve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes and revenue growth
  • Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership development programs

Requirements

  • 7+ years of field experience in quota-carrying sales roles, with a focus on expanding new accounts and running complex sales processes
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into new lines of business within existing accounts and articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets, with a strong desire to be successful and driven by a competitive spirit
  • Fluent in English and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) and familiarity with databases, development, and open-source technology
