Our organization is currently seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Team Operations Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding, training, and leadership of teams across Sydney.

Collaborating closely with our venue teams, you will work tirelessly to ensure they possess the tools and systems required to operate efficiently. Your exceptional business acumen, paired with your ability to motivate diverse teams, will enable you to drive business growth and develop high-performing teams.

  • Onboard, train, and lead teams across Sydney
  • Closely collaborate with venue teams to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
  • Coach and mentor leaders and crew to develop high-performing teams
  • Fill gaps in times of need and collaborate with us to improve systems and processes
  • Build a solid team and grow within our group beyond the Team Operations Director role as soon as possible

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional management and mentoring skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Strong business acumen focused on KPI performance and profitability
  • High-level customer service with the ability to turn a negative into a positive
  • Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food & beverage
  • Overwhelming desire to grow within an organization
  • Great attitude and the need to have fun
