About the Role:
">We are seeking two flexible part-time professionals to join our team within the Contact Centre, providing crucial telephone-based support for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
">The Homeless Hotline is a vital 24/7 information and referral service. As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for delivering human/community information and referral services to members of the public, conducting best practice assessments, and providing appropriate referrals into government and non-government support services.
">Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining accurate client records to assist in accountable and high-quality referral outcomes;"">
- Developing referral networks to increase support options for clients;"">
- Assisting in the development of strategic goals, strategies, and work plans to improve service delivery outcomes and efficiency;"">
- Providing information, training, and coaching to internal stakeholders."">
