The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to screen and gather public data using Maltego (open-source intelligence software). As a full-time Investigations Case Manager, you'll analyze the data, generate reports, and ensure information is in line with their certification.
This will be a Full-Time, 12-Month Contract position based in our office, with flexibility to work from home.
Your Responsibilities
- Create clear and detailed reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations
- Use Maltego to screen and assess claims by gathering and analyzing public data from various sources
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights
- Ensure all data is accurate and aligns with claim certifications while adhering to privacy and confidentiality
- Handle administrative tasks related to reviews, including creating reports, managing correspondence, and recording actions
About You
- Proficient in using Maltego for open-source intelligence and data analysis
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data, with excellent critical thinking skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating findings clearly to stakeholders
- Able to work autonomously while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Previous insurance experience is desirable but not essential
