The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to screen and gather public data using Maltego (open-source intelligence software). As a full-time Investigations Case Manager, you'll analyze the data, generate reports, and ensure information is in line with their certification.

This will be a Full-Time, 12-Month Contract position based in our office, with flexibility to work from home.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create clear and detailed reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations
  • Use Maltego to screen and assess claims by gathering and analyzing public data from various sources
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights
  • Ensure all data is accurate and aligns with claim certifications while adhering to privacy and confidentiality
  • Handle administrative tasks related to reviews, including creating reports, managing correspondence, and recording actions

About You

  • Proficient in using Maltego for open-source intelligence and data analysis
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data, with excellent critical thinking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Able to work autonomously while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Previous insurance experience is desirable but not essential
