About the Role:

Koala is a forward-thinking company that's revolutionizing the furniture industry. As a Product Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and supply partners to provide guidance on quality and compliance standards for new and existing products.
  • Develop and manage testing schedules and costs, including booking tests and assessments with third-party providers.
  • Partner with designers and engineers to ensure successful product launches and gather feedback for quality improvements from customer returns and warranty claims.
  • Contribute to the development of quality and compliance frameworks for existing and new markets.
  • C coordinate with third-party providers to apply for and renew product certifications in different markets.
  • Assist stakeholders in conducting injury, quality, and compliance investigations by providing testing evidence and detailed analysis if required.

About You:

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in compliance or quality assurance, preferably in the furniture industry or related fields. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze customer feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements.

What We Offer:

As a Product Quality Assurance Specialist at Koala, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
