Executive Manager

Join the Commonwealth Bank Group as an Executive Manager and take on a leadership role in our Business Banking division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and partnering with the CommSec business to deliver a full range of finance expertise and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of finance professionals and provide guidance on financial control, management, and accounting.
- Partner with the CommSec business to deliver financial services and expertise.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Manage and maintain a robust financial control environment, with a proactive and transparent approach to risk.
- Identify and facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance the control environment and improve the efficiency of operations.
- 10 years of post-graduate experience in finance or a related field.
- Accounting qualification - CPA or CA.
- Excellent people management skills and experience.
- Experience across a broad range of finance disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercial awareness, analytical ability, and experience.
- Excellent financial control experience.
- High degree of problem-solving and analytical ability with a close attention to detail.
- Relevant financial services, stockbroking, or wealth management industry experience.
