Global Cybersecurity Leader

This is a senior leadership position in cybersecurity, responsible for overseeing the Security Operations team.

  • Hire and mentor experienced cybersecurity professionals to drive security strategy and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain robust security standards and playbooks that align with industry best practices.
  • Lead the architecture and design of the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure seamless threat detection and response.
  • Analyze and enhance the organization's overall security posture through regular security audits and assessments.
  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge security tools and technologies to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully mitigating complex security threats from advanced actors and nation-state adversaries.
  • Expertise in designing and operating highly effective SOCs from the ground up.
  • Experience contributing to and consuming threat intelligence feeds to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to drive security initiatives and teams.
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills to effectively convey security insights and recommendations.
Security Experience:
  • Deep expertise in Linux security and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with leading security architectures and market-leading security tools.
  • Knowledge of security risk management frameworks such as NIST CSF.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
