Senior Cyber Security Risk Assurance Lead

Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Risk Assurance expert to lead our risk management initiatives. This role will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments, identifying and addressing security gaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mitigate cyber risks through proactive assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Communicate complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cybersecurity teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Provide thought leadership on cybersecurity best practices and contribute to the development of organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, including risk management and threat analysis.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful risk management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, PCI-DSS, NIST, and E8.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
