Job Title: Compassionate Support Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support professional to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Support clients in developing and maintaining independence, and advocate for their individual needs.
- Deliver personalized support by assisting clients with daily tasks, personal care, and medication administration.
- Transport clients safely and efficiently using wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
- Monitor client well-being and report progress.
No prior experience is required, but a passion for helping others with disabilities is essential. A current NSW driver's license (P2 minimum) is also necessary.
