A global healthcare services provider is seeking a seasoned Compliance Director to lead the development and implementation of compliance frameworks, policies, and processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Compliance function, managing a 10-person on-site team and 5 offshore team members, with a focus on reducing turnover and strengthening team capability.
  • Drive the development and implementation of compliance frameworks, policies, and processes, including risk registers, reporting mechanisms, and process improvements across the organisation.
  • Engage closely with medical professionals and healthcare systems to ensure compliance standards are effectively embedded and operationalised.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Quality Assurance, Operations, HR, and Finance to integrate corporate services and support uplifting and building their frameworks.
  • Build and mature the compliance function from the ground up, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to create a high-performing and sustainable team.
Requirements
  • Min 10-12 years of experience in a Compliance role, preferably from the medical field but open to exploring candidates from other industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate, stabilise, and develop a high-turnover, mid-sized team across onshore and offshore locations.
  • Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, policy development, process improvement, and risk management, including building risk registers from scratch.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, particularly in interacting with medical professionals and health care system stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to design and implement frameworks, improve reporting, and uplift operational compliance across multiple functions.
