
Aged Care Leader

Overview of Position:
This is a leadership role where the right individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational, clinical, and team performance at a residential aged care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Manage compliance, accreditation, and resident safety
- Drive financial and workforce performance aligned with industry standards
- Build a positive, engaged culture across the home
- Foster continuous improvement and service excellence
Requirements:
- An experienced leader seeking a meaningful role in aged care or a Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience (2+ in leadership)
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and industry requirements
- A passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development
