About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as the Head of IT. Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the Group's business objectives, identifying and leveraging technology opportunities to drive business improvements and efficiencies.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and contribute to overall organisational leadership as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • IT Infrastructure and Security: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Group's IT infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability, and security, and implement and maintain IT security policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing responses to security incidents.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external service and product vendor relationships, advising the Executive Team on emerging technologies and their potential to drive innovation.
  • Project Management: Identify and manage project issues, risks, and dependencies, and deliver both small and complex IT projects, with a strong focus on project administration, including managing contract variations, dashboard reporting, financial tracking, and forecasting.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled IT professional with a strong background in leadership, coaching, and management, as well as extensive experience in project management, IT applications, infrastructure, and network environments. You will have a proven track record of project delivery, appropriate qualifications, and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, Microsoft CRM & Supply Chain technology, and building and maintaining cyber-security frameworks.

Qualifications/Mandatory Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology related field.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics BC C/Side, AL Code, Microsoft Dynamics BC Role Tailored Client, Microsoft SQL Server, C#,.NET and ASP.NET.
