We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Accounts Resolution Officer to join our team in Sydney NSW, Australia.
The successful candidate will effectively manage the resolution of complex Tier 2 requests relating to all areas of Resident Management while maintaining a high standard of conduct and work performance within the team.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
In this role, you will be responsible for processing required transactions related to Tier 2 requests, working closely with functional areas of the Resident Management team, and preparing reconciliations and liaising with government departments.
You will also process customer fee refunds, prepare and maintain centralised documentation of relevant information, provide support to the team during financial month-end processes, and meet service level agreements or other performance measures as indicated by management.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Diploma in Accounting, minimum intermediate-level Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Additionally, you should have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, a positive and energetic attitude, and the ability to manage various projects.
