Mid-market commercial lenders are in high demand, and we're looking for a seasoned professional to help drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of attracting mid-market clients with turnovers between $30M–$150M, ideally with a loyal client base that values long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Originating new business opportunities through strategic client engagement and relationship-building
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions

What We're Looking For:

  • A senior banker with big bank experience and deep expertise in the $10M–$50M commercial lending space
  • Proven ability to attract mid-market clients with turnovers between $30M–$150M
  • Natural dealmaker who thrives on origination and isn't afraid to hit the pavement
