Backed by institutional capital, the firm is poised for strategic growth across Australia's private credit market.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in originating, structuring, and executing real estate-backed debt transactions.
The platform is focused on senior and mezzanine lending opportunities across a diverse mix of asset classes, with an emphasis on strong sponsor relationships and prudent underwriting.
The incoming candidate will be comfortable both originating transactions within CRE credit but also have a key idea of a successful strategy, with ideas they feel the market is currently missing.
With a discretionary mandate, this candidate will be able to utilise their current networks and identify transactions of different sizes to their typical sweet spots.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the origination of real estate credit transactions across the eastern seaboard, with a focus on QLD Contribute towards the short and long term strategies with the Founding Partners Manage and deepen relationships with developers, brokers, advisers, and capital partners Oversee deal structuring, term sheet negotiation, and credit submissions Work closely with investment committee and asset management teams to ensure seamless execution and portfolio oversight About You: You will bring 8+ years of experience in real estate private credit, non-bank lending, or structured finance.
A deep network across Queensland's property sector, strong credit acumen, and commercial drive are essential.
