About the Role


This part-time position is a great opportunity to join the Marketing & Corporate Affairs (MCA) team at Commonwealth Bank. The MCA Strategy and Performance Manager plays a vital role in driving strategic and operational excellence within the team.



Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and optimisation of MCA's strategic priorities. This includes guiding alignment between strategy and outcomes, as well as contributing to the functional operations of MCA to support delivery against our strategic priorities.



Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • Demonstrated experience in delivery, strategy, and planning or consulting;
  • Previous experience in financial services within Marketing/CORporate Affairs or related industries;
  • Ability to solve complex problems, effectively manage and influence stakeholders;
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation;
  • Proactive, positive attitude, self-starter who takes ownership to drive toward an optimal outcome – able to think outside the box and deliver pragmatic and creative business solutions;
