Technical Supervisor
Job DescriptionAre you a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes? We're seeking a skilled Technical Supervisor to lead and mentor our team on a Defence Maintenance Contract based at Palmer Barracks in Guildford. In this role, you'll drive technical excellence, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for allocating tasks and managing workflow in accordance with the End-to-End Maintenance Process. You will provide expert technical guidance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will conduct inspections, audits, and technical investigations as needed, driving continuous improvement and supporting professional development across the team.
As a Technical Supervisor, you will collaborate with planners, schedulers, and Defence stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. You will review time confirmations, leave applications, and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis or Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a workshop or maintenance environment
- Experience using SAP and MS Office
- Knowledge of WHS, quality assurance, and Defence compliance standards
- Manual C-class driver's licence
