Sales and Leasing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Leasing Assistant to join our team at Sharon Bennie Specialist Property Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our sales and leasing negotiators, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to a team of sales and leasing negotiators, including drafting advice and letters, managing documents and files, and preparing proposals.
- Assist with research and data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales and leasing negotiators, and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a real estate or property-related industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
