Commercial Sales and Leasing Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Sales and Leasing Assistant to join our team at Sharon Bennie. As a key member of our commercial property team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Managing Director in the sales, leasing, and administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Enquiries, Inspections, Initial Offers, Sales, and Leasing Administration
- Preparation and / or coordination of documentation for appraisals, submissions, listings, and getting listings ready for marketing stage
- Undertaking Ingoing Inspections Reports
- Calendar management
- Oversee the coordination of internal actions between staff, vendors, landlords and tenants for the MD's transactions
Requirements:
- Ideally some experience in Industrial, Commercial or Retail Sales, Leasing and / or Property Management
- All the usual qualities you'd expect – good work ethic, time management skills, high attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills etc
- Well-developed investigative, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Current and valid NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (or close to completing)
- Current NSW Drivers Licence and must own a reliable insured car
- Ability to start at 8am and finish at 5pm Monday - Friday
