About the Role
This dynamic and ambitious role is available immediately within our esteemed Client, a renowned commercial and industrial property group with an impressive market presence in South Sydney and the Western Suburbs. As a Commercial Sales and Leasing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a talented team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to the Managing Director in the Sales, Leasing, and Administration functions, ensuring seamless execution of all listings and business operations.
- Handle client inquiries, inspections, initial offers, sales, and leasing administration with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and coordinate documentation for appraisals, submissions, listings, and marketing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Undertake ingoing inspections and reports, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Manage calendars, coordinate internal actions with staff, vendors, landlords, and tenants, and oversee the smooth execution of transactions.
Requirements
- A valid NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration, with a strong understanding of commercial and industrial property sales, leasing, and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A current NSW Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle for business use.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
