Commercial Sales and Leasing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Sales and Leasing Assistant to join our team at Sharon Bennie Specialist Property Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director in the Sales, Leasing, and Administration functions.
Key Responsibilities- Handling Enquiries, Inspections, Initial Offers, Sales, and Leasing Administration
- Preparation and / or coordination of documentation for appraisals, submissions, listings, and getting listings ready for marketing stage
- Undertaking Ingoing Inspections Reports
- Calendar management
- Oversee the coordination of internal actions between staff, vendors, landlords, and tenants for the MD's transactions
- Ideally some experience in Industrial, Commercial, or Retail Sales, Leasing, and / or Property Management
- All the usual qualities you'd expect – good work ethic, time management skills, high attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills etc
- Well-developed investigative, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Current and valid NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (or close to completing)
- Current NSW Drivers Licence and must own a reliable insured car
- Ability to start at 8am and finish at 5pm Monday - Friday
