Broadband Lawyer

Project Kuiper is a satellite initiative to provide broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide.
We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our team and support the project's commercial customer and partner deals across APAC.
The ideal candidate will be embedded with the Kuiper business, focusing on structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, as well as counseling the business team on legal issues related to customer and partner contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Licence to practice law in Australia
- Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
