Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to support our satellite project in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be embedded with our business team, focusing on commercial customer and partner deals.

Key responsibilities include supporting our business development and sales efforts, as well as providing legal support for structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements.

The ideal candidate will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility.
