Job Summary

Bayer Australia Limited is seeking a skilled Radiology Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing medical imaging equipment in various locations across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and Maintenance
    • Install new medical imaging equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
    • Repair and troubleshoot defective equipment to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance
    • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Device Field Service Engineer or similar technical role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Knowledge of medical imaging equipment and related technologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Australian driver's license.
    • Ability to pass and maintain an Australian Police and Working with Children checks.
