Job Opportunity

A dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist is sought for a hybrid role that combines NDIS clinical services and My Aged Care services. This position offers autonomy to choose between these services, making it ideal for flexible and motivated individuals who can work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs tailored to their needs. They will assess functional capacity, develop participant-centred goals, and access clinical mentors for growth and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to achieve participant outcomes.
  • Assess participants' functional capacity through clinical assessment.
  • Develop participant-centred goals that cater to the client's circumstances.
  • Provide evidence-based support services to increase participants' life skills and independence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in aged care and/or NDIS services (highly regarded).
  • Current Police clearance, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current driver's licence and vehicle.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, good time management, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
