Executive Culinary Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Manager to oversee the design, preparation and delivery of healthy and balanced meals in our commercial style kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement daily menus in line with nutrition guidelines and centre requirements
  • Cater to diverse dietary needs with confidence and care
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
  • Engage with children and educators to promote healthy eating habits
  • Build genuine connections with families and create a sense of community

You will be responsible for creating menus, preparing bulk meals, managing stock, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment. A strong understanding of diverse dietary requirements and food sensitivities is essential.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Experience in menu creation, bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management, and budget control
  • Proven experience in commercial cooking
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday
