As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional results for our valued customers.

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to innovate, optimize, and excel in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and providing customer excellence.

Additionally, you will drive performance improvements through data analysis and strategic implementation, champion a safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture, and manage resources and logistics to optimize costs and exceed expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Proven operations management experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain">
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams">
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities">
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office">
  • Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (desired)">
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities">
  • Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS desired)">
